One of the most frequent feedbacks from our spring internal survey was that there are not enough meeting rooms available for calls. While we built new Skype booths on the Happening side of KAPTÁR and there’s one room free for calls upstairs, our capacities are still limited.

We’ve been thinking a lot about potential solutions and ended up with getting new Skype booth(s) and creating a new so called last minute member price for our meeting rooms for prompt bookings very favourable discount even to regular member prices. This will hopefully enhance finding a place easier and cheaper when needed and that we only occupy rooms just as long as we need them.

Main framework of this option is as follows (descriptions in all meeting rooms):

New last minute booking price: €3.75 + VAT (1500 Ft + VAT) / hour
Only available for KAPTÁR members (pass and private office)
Only for self or with other members (no guests allowed)
Only for bookings within 6 hours
For new, please ask for the help of our team to set the price
